Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bulkify Image Photo Studio. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.

Payment Terms: Final payment must be made before or on the day of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  1. Session Conduct

Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session duration without refund.

Behavior: The studio reserves the right to terminate a session if inappropriate behavior is exhibited by the client or any accompanying individual.

  1. Deliverables

Editing and Retouching: The studio will provide basic editing and retouching as part of the package. Additional edits may incur extra charges.

Delivery Timeline: Digital and/or printed photographs will be delivered within the timeline agreed upon during the booking.

Revisions: Clients may request up to 2 revisions free of charge. Additional revisions will be charged at the studio’s hourly rate.

  1. Usage Rights

Client Usage: Photographs are for personal use unless otherwise stated. Commercial use requires explicit written consent from the studio.

Studio Portfolio: The studio reserves the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.

  1. Liability

Damage to Property: The client is responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or property during the session.

Acts of Nature: The studio is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or technical failures.

File Storage: The studio will retain copies of photographs for up to 6 months. After this period, file storage is not guaranteed.

  1. Refunds

No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellations made by the studio or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Indian laws.
